Gerlinde Ann Dunavin

Gerlinde Ann Dunavin, 77, of Amarillo, died Thursday, January 10, 2019. Gerlinde was born in Germany on December 11, 1941. She moved to the U.S. when she was 14 years of age. She married Jessy Dunavin on January 19, 2007. Gerlinde worked as a server at IHOP, Pancake Station, and Iron Skillet. She owned and operated Valley Liquor for five years. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening. She adored animals. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Gerlinde was preceded in death by a daughter, Claudia Parmley. Survivors include by her husband, Jessy Dunavin; two daughters, Judy and Heidi; grandson, Cody Adams and wife Keely; and three other grandchildren.
