Shirley McGregor Obituary

Shirley Ann McGregor 79, of Amarillo passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020. She was born June 21, 1941, in Sunray, TX, to Oran and Jewel Roberts.

A service to honor Shirley’s life will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at The Trinity Fellowship Church, North Campus, 503 E. Willow Creek Drive, Amarillo, TX 79108, with Pastor Bo Williams officiating. Following the service, a graveside committal will take place at Llano Cemetery, 2900 S. Hayes Street, Amarillo, TX 79103 (please enter through the East gate).

Left to cherish her memories is her loving children, Bruce Moseley, Robin (Lisa) Moseley; her dear grandchildren, Chad (Nicole) Moseley, Kristin (Bud) Estep and Samantha Ellis; her adoring great grandchildren, Shayelyn Boggs, Xayden Bandy, Braden Moseley and Leyton Gibson, all of Amarillo; her dear sister, Francis Guest of Dumas; and many other dear relatives and friends survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Sam McGregor; her daughter Cynthia Ann Moseley; her siblings, Joyce, Peggy, Dorothy and Elton; and a great granddaughter, Emri Estep.

Shirley had a passion for shopping and loved to buy everyone gifts. If the Texas Rangers were on you could expect her to be watching the game closely. She enjoyed many other sports as well. One of her favorite things to do was to spend time being with her family and especially enjoyed time spent with her beloved grandchildren. Shirley really loved capturing special moments in pictures and sharing multiple copies with everyone. She took time to enjoy traveling and loved her fond furry friends, Callie and Bell.
